Recently, several units of HIGHPUMP hose pumps ordered by a power plant customer were officially loaded and shipped after completing factory quality inspection and packaging. These hose pumps are used for conveying lime slurry in the new power plant, effectively ensuring stable operation and supporting environmental protection.

Lime slurry plays an indispensable role in processes such as desulfurization and water treatment in power plants. It is corrosive to some extent, may contain fine lime particles, and is prone to sedimentation and crystallization, leading to significant wear and corrosion on pumps. Traditional pumps often face challenges such as leakage, clogging, and frequent replacement of vulnerable parts when conveying lime slurry, resulting in high maintenance costs and environmental pollution.

  • Corrosion and Abrasion Resistance: The medium only comes into contact with the corrosion- and abrasion-resistant inner wall of the hose, not the pump body, and the pump operates at low speeds.
